Privacy

Nothing through this website. There are no forms, no sign-ups, no accounts and no comment boxes, so there is nowhere for you to type in personal details.

This site sets no cookies, and there is no advertising or tracking pixel. If visitor statistics are switched on (see Analytics below), they also work without cookies.

One small note is kept in your browser's session storage, named bbbSeen. It only remembers that the opening animation has already played, so the longer first-visit version does not repeat while you browse.

It never leaves your device, holds no personal information, and is deleted automatically when you close the tab.

Every font, photograph and file on this site is served from this site itself. Loading a page does not contact Google, social networks or any advertising service. The only outside service a page may contact is Cloudflare's analytics, described next.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles standard technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

This site may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, so I can see which pages people find useful. When it is on, each page loads a small script from Cloudflare (static.cloudflareinsights.com) that reports back to Cloudflare.

What it records: the page you viewed, the site you came from, your general location (country level), browser and device type, and how quickly the page loaded.

What it does not do: it sets no cookies, uses no local storage, does not build a profile of you, does not follow you to other websites, and is not used for advertising. I only ever see totals, never anything that identifies one person.

Your IP address: your browser has to connect to Cloudflare to send the report, so Cloudflare receives your IP address as part of that connection. Cloudflare states it does not use it to identify or track individual visitors. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Opting out: any content or ad blocker that blocks cloudflareinsights.com will stop it, and the site works exactly the same without it.

The Book and phone links open your own messaging or phone app. Anything you send goes straight to me as a normal text or call, and I use it only to answer you and book your appointment.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
